Delivery Times
Order processing is carried out within 1-2 business days from confirmation. After processing, delivery is carried out by a selected courier for the respective market within 3 to 8 business days.
Please note that the indicated times are approximate and may vary depending on the specific destination and the courier service's workload.
Courier Services
Delivery is carried out by a reliable courier, specially selected for your market, which guarantees safe and timely receipt of your order.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. We use quality packaging materials that provide maximum protection during transport.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and make every effort to minimize the delay.
Shipment Tracking
After shipping your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number, through which you can track the status of your delivery in real time.

• European Union (EU): 3-8 business days after shipping
Free shipping:
• Bulgaria: on orders over €100
• Hungary: on orders over €100
• EU: on orders over €250
⚠️ ORDER PROCESSING DURING PROMOTIONS

During promotional periods (Valentine's Day, Black Friday, Christmas etc.), orders are processed AFTER the promotion ends due to increased order volume.
EXAMPLE:
• Promotion: 7-14 Feb (Valentine's Week)
• Order processing: 15-17 Feb (after promotion)
• Shipping: 15-17 Feb
• Delivery: 3-8 business days from shipping date
• Expected receipt: 18-25 Feb
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order
is shipped.
📦 PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

Products marked "PRE-ORDER" or "Pre-order" have a longer delivery time (usually 2-3 weeks).
The exact expected delivery date is indicated in the description of each pre-order product.
Pre-order products may participate in promotions. If the pre-order product does not arrive from the supplier, you will receive a full refund.
