These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Djongi (hereinafter referred to as "Store", "we" or "us") and users of the online store djongi.myshopify.com (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you").
The Store is an official representative of the following brands: Diamond FX, Grimas, Senjo Color, and also offers handmade products.
By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Shopping in our store is possible ONLY with a registered user account. To place an order, you must create a profile with valid information.
Responsibility for Provided Information:
When registering and ordering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including:

- Accurate delivery address (street, number, floor, apartment)
- Postal code
- Valid phone number
- Valid email address
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We do not accept responsibility and do not accept claims for unsuccessful delivery or problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid information provided by the customer, including:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Missing street number, floor, or apartment number
- Incorrect or invalid postal code
- Incorrect or inaccessible phone number
The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Orders and Payments
Order Process:
After creating an account and selecting products, you can place an order through our platform. Each order is considered confirmed after receiving an email confirmation from us.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. After processing, products are shipped by courier.
Payment:
We accept payments through the methods indicated on our website. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Prices
All prices in our store are listed in EUR (euros) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Right to Change Prices:
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time, without prior notice, depending on:
- Market conditions
- Changes in production costs
- Changes in transportation costs
- Changes in raw material and production material prices
The price valid for your order is the one indicated at the time of order confirmation.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website, including but not limited to:
- Photos and images
- Texts and descriptions
- Logo and graphic design
- Video materials
- Structure and layout
are the property of the Store or are used with permission from their owners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Prohibited:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without written permission
- Using photos, texts, or other materials for commercial or personal purposes
- Modifying or adapting the content
Violations will be prosecuted according to law.
6. Liability and Warranties
Product Quality:
We guarantee the quality of the products offered and commit to delivering only original products from the official brands we represent, as well as quality handmade items.
Packaging:
All products are carefully and professionally packaged with quality packaging materials. We guarantee the quality of the packaging when handing over the shipment to the courier service.
Uncollected Shipments:
We are not responsible if the customer does not receive their shipment due to their own negligence or unavailability.
If the shipment is returned to us due to:
- Inability to contact the customer (inaccessible phone)
- Customer's failure to appear to receive the shipment
- Refusal to receive
In such cases, we will not send the shipment again. We will refund the amount paid for the products, after deducting the costs for two-way delivery (sending and return).
The customer is responsible for being available at the specified phone number and receiving the shipment within the time frame determined by the courier service.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for:
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
- Damage to products or packaging caused during transport by the courier service
- Lost shipments by the courier service
- Improper use or storage of products after receipt
- Force majeure circumstances (bad weather, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.)
The responsibility for the condition of the shipment during transport lies with the courier service. In case of damage, please follow the procedure described in our Return Policy.
7. Personal Data Protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. More information can be found in the "Privacy Policy" section.
8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.
